Come and join us for yoga with awe-inspiring views of the mountains. With a mix of hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga, we will focus on meditative breath and awareness of the body. We will take the time to enter and exit each pose mindfully and to rest, restore and re-center throughout the practice.
