Available for bookings at any location for Special Occasions,Gigs,Dinner Dances and other functions. Andrew is offering a one man keyboard sound comprising carefully selected backing tracks. His main focus is easy listening jazz standards and swing background music. His selections include popular swing songs by well known writers such as Cole Porter, Hoagy Carmichael, Antonio Jobim and Billy Joel supported by big band sounds from famous recording artists such as Frank Sinatra, Lionel Richie, Stevie Wonder and Michael Bublé.

Andrew’s approach to keyboards is unintrusive but with recognisable popular jazz songs enhanced by light extemporisations. To support Andrew’s sound, he uses a full 88 Roland keyboard, twin speakers and amplifier, a laptop, a Roland Sonic Cell, Laney Monitor, CD stereo and a Yamaha 12 Channel Mixer. Available will be a multi-media Optoma LED Projector to entertain diners and guests and other clients with diverse requirements such as wedding, home and cellar parties, sophisticated bars and dining rooms and special occasions. Part of a complete package of entertainment will be a full disco sound of music from all decades including rock, strictly and latin from Presley to Adele, all multi-media. Andrew is an experienced pianist having played in many small bands in various countries overseas while he pursued his main career as an education adviser. Andrew and Cathryn now live in Stanford, Western Cape and he is happily retired from education and promoting his skills as a jazz pianist. His CDs are available. Call him for quotes.

Andrew has a music studio at his home in Stanford where he develops his sounds. He encourages clients to come to his studio and hear some of his arrangements. Andrew also teaches jazz piano for beginners. He writes a “Playing By Ear” monthly column in the Stanford River Talk and the Greyton Sentinel.
