Experience 1 – 11/2 hour sessions to help bring vitality back as well as relieve pain in the body through acupressure (not acupuncture) and magnet therapy.  These methodologies release blockages in the organs as well as the circulatory, endocrine and nervous systems therefore balancing the body in a safe and tension free way.  This work also gets the energy (chi) flowing along the meridians.

These sessions begin with a foot bath – an ancient and sacred practice – followed by a massage (same applies to hands if preferred).  We then work through the reflex points to notice what needs attention in the body and get to the source of what may be creating challenges that affect the emotions, the physical, the energetic field etc.  The magnet application works wonders for pain caused by old injuries.

I work from my home in Stanford – a welcoming and peaceful environment.

A spare room is available for those wanting to stay for ongoing daily treatments should you be from out of town.  Provided in this restful space are natural products that are biodegradable and foods that are organic.  The kitchen is equipped with a juicer, high speed blender, fresh organic vegetables and organic superfoods for delicious healthy living.

Through natural remedies, healing is simplistic and understandable, giving one the power to help heal oneself.

Sessions times:  11:00, 13:00, 15:00 and 17:00

Cash or EFT welcome. Regretfully, no card facilities.

I recently attended a one-on-one retreat for 5 days in Stanford with Mary-Lynne. Knowing very little about reflexology and magnet therapy, I was intrigued. my faith in reflexology and magnet therapy has since grown very strong, as I have reaped the benefits of the work thereafter. over the course of the weekend, we uncovered a tremendous amount about my past that was linked to illness and discomfort in my body. Through working with the reflexology, Mary-Lynne was able to pick up things in my body that I had never thought about for years, including spinal problems that was due to a coccyx accident I had when I was a child. we broke through many emotional layers, and all the while her amazing food and healing home supported and nourished me through the whole experience. I now have a much deeper understanding of how connected my memories and emotions are to my mind and body. Mary-Lynne is an incredible woman and my stay with her was profound.

I have been attending acupressure therapy sessions with Mary-Lynne once a week for approximately six weeks. I started the therapy after I was disillusioned by the manner in which my GP was treating a particular problem and I started having serious adverse effects from the medication I had been given. I found the acupressure session relieved the pain I was experiencing almost immediately. More than that I enjoy Mary-Lynne’s holistic approach to total wellness and wellbeing and as a result I have taken a different approach to my own health and wellbeing and am experiencing remarkable benefits.
