The Spring menu includes delights like Grilled Kudu Carpaccio with olives, lemon thyme and haloumi, Shoulder of Spring Lamb, and Waterblommetjie Risotto and new Berry and Rose Mess. Enjoy upmarket country cuisine, prepared by renowned chef Madre Malan and her team. The restaurant is complemented by art exhibitions and beautiful views of the Akkedisberg Mountains. Open on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, New Years’ Eve and New Years Day. While the restaurant will serve breakfast to in-house guests on Christmas morning, the Manor House will be closed for Christmas lunch.
